These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with:
– The Contract Act 1872 (Pakistan)
– The Sales of Goods Act 1930 (Pakistan)
– The Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 (for online sales)
– All other applicable Pakistani laws and regulations

3. Order Acceptance

3.1 All orders are subject to product availability
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation
3.3 Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed (per our Refund Policy)

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
4.2 Include all applicable taxes under Pakistani law
4.3 We accept:
– Bank transfers
– Credit/debit cards
– Cash on delivery (where available)

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Delivery only within Pakistan
5.2 Standard delivery time: 3-7 business days
5.3 Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery
5.4 Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours

6. Product Quality

6.1 Ahdi Rice meets all Pakistan Standard Quality Control Authority requirements
6.2 Products are stored in compliance with Punjab Food Authority regulations
6.3 Batch numbers and expiry dates are clearly marked

7. Consumer Rights

7.1 Your statutory rights under the Pakistan Consumer Protection Act 2005 are not affected

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Maximum liability limited to order value
8.2 Not liable for:
– Natural deterioration of agricultural products
– Improper storage by customer
– Force majeure events under Pakistani law

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 “Wahla Farms” and “Ahdi Rice” are registered trademarks in Pakistan
9.2 Unauthorized use of branding is prohibited under the Trademarks Ordinance 2001

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
