Returns & Replacements
We offer free replacements in these cases:
- Wrong order delivered (we will replace with correct product)
- Damaged/ripped packaging upon delivery
- Quality issues with unopened products
To be eligible for replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under these conditions:
- Package must be unopened and in original condition
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Once package is opened, no refunds can be issued
Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing immediately.
Process for Returns/Replacements

- Provide your order number and photos of the issue (damaged package/wrong item)
- For replacements: We will ship the correct product immediately
- For refunds: We will process upon receiving the unopened product
Shipping for Returns
For approved returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using trackable shipping
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products:
- Opened rice packages cannot be returned
- Custom or special orders cannot be returned
- Perishable goods cannot be returned after delivery
