Returns & Replacements

We offer free replacements in these cases:

  • Wrong order delivered (we will replace with correct product)
  • Damaged/ripped packaging upon delivery
  • Quality issues with unopened products

To be eligible for replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under these conditions:

  • Package must be unopened and in original condition
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Once package is opened, no refunds can be issued

Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing immediately.

Process for Returns/Replacements

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue (damaged package/wrong item)
  3. For replacements: We will ship the correct product immediately
  4. For refunds: We will process upon receiving the unopened product

Shipping for Returns

For approved returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using trackable shipping

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Opened rice packages cannot be returned
  • Custom or special orders cannot be returned
  • Perishable goods cannot be returned after delivery
